Current scope
Through line
Lamoda, Lazada, KPMG, Sber, Avito, VK and Magnit Cosmetic may look like different career stories. At every stage, however, I identified a business constraint, defined the missing capability, brought people from different functions together around the change, and carried the work through to an outcome.
What changed was the scale of responsibility: from a single solution and product to a commercial business line, a portfolio, multiple teams, a platform and the economics of a business unit.
Technology is the depth of my expertise. Business is the scope of my responsibility.
Executive cases
Context. The commercial and operational processes of the Sales Network business needed a unified portfolio model across products, data, engineering and implementation.
Personal mandate. Take responsibility for a portfolio of change, bring business, product, data, engineering and operations together, and connect initiative priorities to business economics.
Key choice. Shift the focus from the quality of individual solutions to selecting the right problems, allocating resources across initiatives, driving process adoption and verifying impact.
How the work was organized. A portfolio model with shared priorities and joint work across business, product, analytics, engineering and operations teams.
Outcome. The portfolio for which I was responsible contributed to revenue growth, while a process redesign program reduced recurring operating costs.
Management takeaway. The value of Data and AI does not sit in a model by itself. It appears in a changed decision, process and business result.
Program outcome
Read caseContext. A new communications product needed a foundation for business services: chatbots, mini apps, notifications, integrations and partner tools.
Personal mandate. Build the platform domain from the ground up and enable internal teams and external partners to develop their own services.
Key choice. Design a platform rather than a collection of separate services — together with the organization, architecture, roadmap and engineering operating model required to sustain it.
How the work was organized. I designed the domain organization, hired key leaders, and defined the technology vision, architecture and engineering principles.
Outcome. An organizational and technology foundation was established, enabling internal teams and external partners to create their own products more quickly.
Management takeaway. At platform scale, the leader's job is to create a system in which many teams can make aligned decisions without constant manual control.
Personal outcome
Read caseContext. Growing an omnichannel business requires coordinated work across e-commerce, the dark-store model, assortment, pricing, inventory, product, analytics and technology.
Personal mandate. Reporting directly to the business-unit CEO, lead a portfolio of change and connect strategy, business cases, budgets and the target operating model.
Key choice. Manage the work not as a series of system launches, but as a transformation of economics, customer experience, commercial decisions and physical operations.
How the work was organized. Bring commercial functions, category management, operations, product, analytics and technology together around one outcome and a shared decision cycle.
Outcome. The current transformation scope and portfolio-management model have been established. Financial outcomes will be published only after they are verified.
Management takeaway. In omnichannel retail, the digital product cannot be separated from assortment, inventory, pricing, logistics and channel economics.

Approach
The starting point is to understand what must change in growth, margin, customer experience, speed, cost to serve, resilience or decision quality.
Separate the symptom from the cause and pinpoint where the business is losing growth, money, speed or control.
Define the primary outcome, the acceptable trade-offs and the initiatives that should not receive resources.
Determine what is missing: a product, data, process, technology, skills, partnership or a new way of making decisions.
Assign ownership, define decision rights, change day-to-day work, verify the effect and remove dependence on manual control.
Constraint → choice → missing capability → organization → durable outcome.
Leadership
Commercial, product, technology and operations teams should not optimize their own measures at the expense of the overall business outcome.
A team moves faster when it is clear in advance who recommends, who decides, who executes and whose approval is genuinely required.
A strong system develops other leaders, maintains a working cadence and does not rely on one person's constant manual control.

Cases show what was done. Articles explain the reasoning behind the choices — how to find the constraint, design accountability, and carry change through to an outcome.
How to organize teams around value streams, clarify domain ownership, and preserve delivery speed without adding bureaucracy.

My experience is most useful to technology-intensive businesses and large-scale services where one function is not enough and economics, product, operations, data, technology foundations and the organization must change together.
When product, economics, technology and execution need a single point of accountability.
When customer experience, assortment, pricing, logistics, inventory and channel economics need to work as one system.
When the task is to define the product model, build the organization and partner system, and create a path to monetization.
When growth is constrained by legacy processes, unclear decision rights, fragmented data or technology limitations.
